About the Host

Stephen Wershing, CFP® has been in financial planning since 1987. He has advised clients, run investment firms, and coached and advised hundreds of other financial advisors.

He realized that the current model of delivering financial planning did not work for younger professionals. That’s what led him to develop the Field of Vision financial planning system, a program that combines planning and coaching to help clients learn the skills and develop the habits they need while jointly creating their financial plan.

Steve has been President of the Rochester Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and is currently on the Board of Directors of The Hochstein School. He lives in Henrietta, New York.
